It is our policy to try to process orders immediately; therefore, it may not always be possible to stop an order from being dispatched. After dispatch our Returns Policy will apply. Returns At Moffitts, we want all our customers to be completely satisfied with their purchase. In the unlikely event that you need to return your purchase, please keep your receipt as this will speed up the transaction. Items without proof of purchase may be exchanged at current selling price. All items returned must be in their original condition and packaging with price/sale tickets and labels attached. We reserve the right to refuse a refund if goods are not returned in a saleable condition. These conditions do not affect your statutory rights. If you wish to return an item you purchased online for whatever reason you may contact us by email at info@moffitts.com within 10 working days from receipt of goods stating your reason for return. If the goods have been dispatched as ordered, they can be returned for a refund, ie. cost of the goods, less any delivery charge incurred. Please note the cost of returning the unwanted goods is at your expense. When returning items you should ask for proof of postage from your post office as we reserve the right to refuse a refund if the item is lost whilst being returned. At the customers discretion we advise to consider a trackable returns method (depending on the value of the item) as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item. All returns must be returned within 14 days of the delivery date. The card used for the purchase will be credited with the refund. You should expect to see the refund in your account within 5 working days from receipt of this email; however some banks may take longer. We are happy to exchange a product for the same product but in a different size, if available, provided the product being returned is unused, unworn, with tags attached and in original packaging. If a different product is requested then a new order must be completed on the website by the user. Please note: In the interest of safety and hygiene, hats, lingerie, hosiery, underwear, swimwear, mattress protectors, duvets, duvet covers, sheets, pillows, pillowcases and pillow protectors cannot be returned once the packaging has been opened or damaged, unless faulty. Personalised items cannot be exchanged, refunded or returned unless damaged or faulty. Gift Cards are non-returnable.
